A D.P. Dough® franchise is designed as a high volume food-service business specializing in the takeout and delivery of calzones. We offer a unique product, excellent service, low prices, and a fast efficient operation. Our proven concept enables us to maximize production, while keeping control of operating costs. We are different from other franchise opportunities due to our product, production methods, food presentation, price structure, and overall cost.

Initial Services
As D.P. Dough® franchisee, we will provide the following initial and ongoing services to you:
  • Rights to use the D.P. Dough® name, trademarks, and logo.
  • Systems, procedures, methods, policies, and business forms that are standards of our success.
  • Defined Territory, which is a specific area in which to operate.
  • Guidance in selecting your location and negotiating your lease.
  • Specifications for the interior design, layout, exterior facade, signage, and color scheme.
  • Training Program where you will learn every facet of our operation.
  • Assistance at your D.P. Dough® location prior to, during, and after the Grand Opening.
  • Opening Promotional Program providing design, copy and graphics for all of your advertising and marketing.
  • Guidelines for all your equipment, inventory, insurance and payroll needs.
We are confident and excited about our unique D.P. Dough® concept. We have perfected our systems and procedures to make it easier for you. Previous food service experience is not required, however, you will need the same fundamental dedication, commitment and attitude that is the driving force behind our accomplishments.

Before opening a D.P. Dough franchise, either the potential owner or the manager must work at any D.P. Dough location for at least one month.

We are currently looking for markets around major universities of approxiamtely 15,000 students or more.

Our franchise fee is currently $15,000 with an ongoing royalty of 3%.

The average start-up cost of a store is $250,000 with the bulk of this expense spent on the build-out of the store.
